RoadWagz Wholesale Terms & Policies
- To view our Roadwagz Wholesale Website, or place wholesale orders, please register on our wholesale registration page. After approval, we will contact you via email with your password to access our wholesale website.

- We ask for a minimum first order of $100.00 (excluding shipping).
- Method of payment is by credit card. We accept Amex, Visa and Master Card. Credit Cards must be approved prior to processing orders. Payments must be cleared before items are shipped.
- A resale tax ID is required to be on file.
- Shipping charges are based on the size, weight & location of the shipment. Orders are shipped out of our Beverly Hills, CA location. Please advise whether your address is a commercial or residential address. Insurance will be added to all orders over $100.00 based on the amount calculated by the carrier. We usually ship via UPS.
- Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and APO addresses will be shipped through the US Mail Service.
- International orders will be shipped via International Priority Air Mail. Insurance will be added to these shipments. Confirmation of the final cost will be required prior to shipment being shipped.
- Orders will normally ship within 3 - 5 business days if the items are in stock. If items are not in stock and need to be manufactured, we will contact you to discuss production time necessary for your order. Average manufacturing time at our factories is approximately 2 – 4 weeks.
- For website customers - we can provide electronic images for you to use online. You must purchase at least one color and/or size of each style that you show on your website. Under no circumstances are these images to be used for any other purpose other than to promote our specific items for sale on your website. Our images cannot be used for personal use, company stationery or website design. You must not use the images of these items if you have never ordered at least one color and/or size per style.
- Please do not sell our products on Ebay in any capacity.
- Return policy: We do not accept any returns or exchanges unless the product is a manufacturer’s damage or if the merchandise is defective. If the item is a manufacturer’s defective or damaged product we will replace the product. If there is a problem with any product, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt of your shipment. You must contact our office for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) in order to return any damaged product. Please note that any package arriving without an RA# will be refused.
